Virtual Panel: The Colombo-Venezuelan Guerrillas: How Colombia’s War Migrated to Venezuela
On October 3 at 10:00 a.m. Colombia time (11:00 a.m. EST), InSight Crime will host a virtual event featuring Co-Director Jeremy McDermott and a panel of leading experts, María Victoria Llorente, Luis Trejos, and Javier Mayorca, to discuss the findings of our latest investigation: “The Colombo-Venezuelan Guerrillas: How Colombia’s War Migrated to Venezuela.
This latest investigation by InSight Crime analyzes how Colombia’s guerrillas migrated to Venezuela, changing the criminal dynamics in both countries, and becoming a major obstacle to achieving a long-awaited peace in Colombia.
The event will be held in Spanish and streamed live on YouTube and Facebook. Shortly after the event, a full version will be posted on our YouTube channel with English subtitles. No registration is required.
